NepTrail is operated by NepTrail Pvt. Ltd.. We run a marketplace that connects travellers with Field-Verified organizations offering guided experiences in Nepal. The organization named on a listing — not NepTrail — provides the experience itself.

You must be able to enter a binding contract to use NepTrail. Keep your login details secure and give us accurate information. You’re responsible for activity on your account.

When you book, you enter an agreement with the organization providing the experience. Prices are shown in USD and charged in Nepali rupees at checkout through the local payment gateway. Your booking is confirmed once payment is completed successfully.

Each listing shows its cancellation policy before you book. Where an experience offers free cancellation, cancelling within the stated window is refunded to your original payment method. Refunds for disruptions outside the policy are handled case by case with the organization and our support team.

Booking, payment and communication for experiences found on NepTrail must stay on NepTrail. This protects your booking, keeps a clear record, and lets us support you if something goes wrong. Arranging payment off the platform to avoid our protections is not permitted.

Don’t misuse the platform: no unlawful activity, no misrepresentation, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorised access, and no harassment of other users or organizations. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Organizations are responsible for delivering their experiences safely and as described. NepTrail verifies organizations and facilitates bookings, but to the extent permitted by law we aren’t liable for the conduct of organizations or travellers, or for events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law.
